Made this fudge a month back and this time i got perfect consistency and i added limited condensed milk in the recipe.I already tried and posted dark chocolate pistachio fudge where i did not able to get perfect squares.So i posted it as fudge balls recipe previously.this is the keeper recipe where you can make the fudge with milk chocolate,dark chocolate or with white chocolate.There you can substitute any kind of dry fruits and flavorings and make desired version of fudge recipes as edible gifts for this season.

fudge made with milk chocolate and almonds

Ingredients

  • milk chocolate - 200 gm,chopped
  • condensed milk - 1/4 cup
  • butter - 1 teaspoon
  • almonds - 1/2 cup,roughly chopped
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan,take chopped chocolate along with condensed milk and butter.Melt it completely in low flame till it combines well.
  2. Once it start to thickening,add almonds and quickly mix it and transfer it into an aluminium tin.Press it evenly and set it in refrigerator.
  3. Once it sets well,remove from refrigerator and with a sharp knife make pieces from it.Keep refrigerate until serving.
