Miho Hirano - Delicate Beauty - Memories of Pre-ruin

Posted on the 23 July 2016 by Freeplanet @CUST0D1AN
recently features by Maria Laterza in Italian art blog Tutt' Art, Miho Hirano is described as a Pop Artist... though I don't really see how that label relates to some of the most personally potent imagery this blogger has seen in quite a while.
Miho Hirano /平野実穂 is a Japanese artist living in Abiko, Chiba. She graduated from Musashino Art University. Her fantasy art is inhabited by ephemeral women who seem to be merging with their environment, the hair suspended into flowering tree limbs, bird filled bushes, and drifting seaweed. Miho Hirano’s work is in a group exhibition (Ephemeral) at the Jiro Miura Gallery in Japan. [source TUTT' ART]
