Midcentury Modern Architecture of Sarasota

The inaugural SarasotaMOD festival in Sarasota, Florida, will introduce visitors to the area’s rich midcentury architecture from October 9 to 12, 2014. The event includes a tour of Florida Southern College, a campus of 12 iconic structures designed by Frank Lloyd Wright over two decades, and conversations led by architects and critics such as Lawrence Scarpa, Carl Abbott, John Howey, Raymond Jungles, and Alastair Gordon.
