Microtel Inn & Suites' success chronicle happens in back to back period as they ground breaks brand new hotel expansion and enters TripAdvisor Hall of Fame.This June 5, 2015, the groundbreaking ceremony signals the start of construction of an additional 30 rooms to the hotel, bringing the total room count of 90 and targeted to finish by early 2016 in preparation for the biggest Panagbenga Festival.

Baguio is the top tourist destination in North Luzon and thought that the additional 30 rooms will give the tourists a better Baguio experience.
