Microsoft has silently released a new advertisement for Windows 8.1 which seems to focus around the new features in the new upgrade including the return of the start button. Video doesn’t mention its Windows 8.1, although it details some main updates in the new operating system patch while showing off how easy it is to use Windows 8 on a touch screen device.
