Microsoft employee Jensen Harris explains some of the key improvements they’ve made in the upcoming Windows 8.1 in the latest video titled “First look at Windows 8.1″.
Almost 2/3 of the 4-minute video takes up for showing-off the flexibility of the start screen and the new stuff like All Apps view, SkyDrive integration and search improvements. However it doesn’t say anything about the recently reported Start Button on the new upgrade. As you can see in the video, most of these improvements focuses on just styling up the Start Screen and are made to work better with touchscreen devices. Seems like the new Windows 8.1 upgrade doesn’t have much in store for desktop users.
