Merry belated Christmas

Roast pork with caramelised apples

For Christmas this year, most of my friends were overseas so there was only two couples left in Sydney including myself and DC. Nevertheless, that didn't stop us from having an ultimate feasting. It was all about pacing our stomachs that night.
This year, Wendy and Co and I decided to try something new and instead of the normal roast turkey, we adopted to try a roast pork for our first time. We used Food Pornation's roast pork recipe and prayed for crispy crackling over mah jong.
