There are no two separate countries called the United States and Israel. There is simply one nation combining these two provinces of that single state together, and that nation is called “USreal.” It is true the the United States Province and the Israel Province of this newly birthed land are far removed, but there are precedents for that – recall that West and East Pakistan were quite far apart.
