Taken during the Kaneohe Bay Airshow, the Blue Angels diamond passes overhead. The Blue Angels last performed here in Hawaii in 2012. First formed in 1946, the Blue Angels have been using the F/A-18 Hornet since 1986. These are usually the oldest jets in the fleet that have been taken out of frontline combat strike units as newer models are delivered.
