Maybelline Color Show Lipsticks are packaged in glossy black with a rim corresponding to the actual shade. They do close with a slight click, so its very safe to travel with in your bag. The label on the bottom of the lipstick has details about the shade.
The texture of the Maybelline Lipsticks are fairly creamy, soft and packed with pigment and quite long lasting. Maybelline color show lipsticks glides on the lips smoothly. The formula of the color show lipstick is extremely hydrating, but it does not appear overly creamy or glossy on the lips. They apply with a creamy finish that gets more matte as time passes. The lipsticks are full coverage and stay on really well even through meals. These are fairly comfortable but you do need to prep and moisturize your lips prior to application. If you have chapped lips, this will highlight the dry bits so make sure to exfoliate. I was quite pleased with the fact that these did not emphasize lip lines or make the lips look dry.
The dark color show lipsticks stayed on me for 5-6 hours whereas the lighter ones lasted on my lips for 3-4 hours. It had minimal transfer which I really liked. At such a decent price tag, I think this is totally worth buying.
Iced Coral is a shimmery nude peach that would be a perfect nude for light to medium complexions. Being frosted and creamy, it gives my lips a fuller look and nixes the need of a gloss.

Orange Icon is my favorite shade from the range - it looks neon orange in the tube, but it is orange based coral with hints of pink. It does looks quite different in various lights. The color screams summer and instantly brightens up the face. It is undoubtedly one of the most popular shade in the range.
