Mansur Gavriel is surely a brand to follow. Reading positive reviews on Purseblog, seeing that Garance Doré and the unconventional Jane have fallen for one of their bags and realizing that Net-a-Porter has included the label in their offering were enough reasons for me to spot the potential of these bags.
Needless to say that the bags are beautifully simple and right on the bag trend of simple and sleek lines. The collection includes totes (one small and one large), a bucket bag, a clutch, wallets and an iphone case in three basic colors: black, camel and brandy. Plus, all styles are available with a colored lining which according to me is the detail that makes the difference. My favorites are the black bags with red, blue or nude lining, simple but sophisticated.
The cherry on top is that these bags are affordable. Don't get me wrong, still expect to pay hundreds of euros for one of these bags (prices in the US range from $375 to $495 USD) I meant, affordable for luxury italian leather bags ^-^.
