I recently went out to have a dinner with a friend in Manggahan at Lahug. At first we were reluctant to get in since it looked expensive, but then as we checked the menu, dang! It’s very affordable. We had a chicken barbeque with it’s rich brown savory sauce, we just can’t get enough. Plus an unlimited rice. The place is simple but elegant, although there is not enough room to station your ride but you can find some place. You just need to approach the “tanods” and they’ll take care of a safe place for you. It’s a perfect place to dine with friends or with your family. They have an acoustic band that will start at 9PM (we’ve guessed) a cool band with a very nice voice singer. We wished we had enough time to stay long, but we have to go. Perhaps we can go back some other time.
