A Very Merry Christmas to you all. Hope you all had the merriest and chicest of Christmas!
It has been a whirlwind weekend at my end: with endless parties, cooking and entertaining, it sure has been a roller coaster. It is a blessing to have so many friends who have now become family. With Christmas now gone and the new year just upon us, it is time to pen down all your resolutions and goals for the coming year.
I am a firm believer of setting out yearly goals for both my family and myself, but this year the latter tops the list. For 2017 I have decided to put myself top on the list, versus family. Of late I have been totally ignorant of my health and overall well-being. 2016 witnessed some major health meltdowns and life turmoils. It couldn't be a better time than the arrival of 2017 to set aside all this sulking and take charge for my actions. So here I go with some of my resolutions for 2017.......

In 2017 I have resoluted to:
- take better care of myself
- enjoy little things
- celebrate small victories
- learn efficient time-management
- take up one sport
- exercise more
- cook more balanced meals
