The May edition of the Lust Have It beauty bag arrived a few weeks ago but with a busy Uni schedule, I havent been able to review it until now! The May bag included 6 different products, covering skincare, hair care, cosmetics and even fashion!
For those of you unfamiliar with Lust Have It, Lust Have It is a monthly beauty subscription box with the inclusion of 5-6 deluxe sized beauty items, priced at only $19.95 a month but if you use the code ‘TRIED1’ you can receive $5 off your first box!
A little out of the ordinary but this month, a fashion item was included in the beauty bag! A pair of Razza Matazz Leggings was the first inclusion in the May bag and they are perfect as Winter has arrived! I’m sure most subscribers will definitely get use out of the leggings and had the fashion staple not been included in the bag, it would’ve been quite an empty beauty bag so I am glad it was included.
For cosmetics, there were 3 makeup products included. The first is a gorgeous Teeez Cosmetics Spectrum of Stars Eye Shadow which is beautiful in texture and color. I’ve been using it quite a lot over the past few weeks for a wash of color over the eyelids. A Starlooks Luxe Longwear Eyeliner in brown featured in the bag and being from a brand that I haven’t heard of before, I do look forward to giving it a go and seeing how it performs. Lastly, a lip balm/gloss from Lollipops was included. The balm itself smells lovely so hopefully it performs well too.
As we’re in the full swing of Winter, many begin to use heated hair styling tools a lot more and so this PHR Recovery Leave In Moisturiser is perfect to treat and nourish the hair after all that styling! The formula contains Jojoba Oil and Keratin to hydrate and protect the hair.
There was also a random ‘bonus product’ included in each subscriber’s May beauty bag and I received a Urban Skincare Co. Infuse Body Balm which I believe I’ve received previously. As such, I would’ve loved to have seen a new brand or product included, though the generous size of the bonus product is great!
