Lunch for a Champion...

After watching the Olympics all weekend and looking at so many well toned athletes, it inspired me to create a steak salad for lunch. For the dressing I used the juices of the steak (I like to refer to it as liquid gold), with a bit of mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and a squeeze of lime. I may not have rippling muscles and bulging biceps like an athlete, but I can still eat a delicious and nutritious meal like one...
