Recently we were privileged to get a tour of the old SFO control tower prior to demolition. As with any control tower, the view of airport operations is quite impressive. The vantage point allowed me to capture this A380 taxiing after landing with the full complement of spoilers still deployed. Lufthansa is the second European airline to operate the Airbus A380 (after Air France). Their first A380 was delivered on May 2010 and is one of the 14 in their fleet.
