Due to popular demand, we will be piloting a live stream Durham Low Carb Support Group meeting next Tuesday night, August 4, 6:30 pm Eastern Time (GMT-4). Lynne Ivey and I will be leading the group.
For those who attend, there is a possibility that your image/comments will make it into the live streaming. Please let us know if that is a problem.
