Losing Pregnancy Weight After Baby #3: Day 35

There's some good news and some bad news. The good news is that I have not gained any extra weight in the past 34 days.
The bad news is that I haven't lost any, either.
While I was hoping to be down at least another 5 lbs by now, I guess I can be happy that I didn't gain five pounds back.
So what's going wrong?
  1. I'm not exercising as I had hoped to on a daily basis. While yes, I know I am burning some calories doing daily tasks, I'm not sticking to any plan other than continuing to breastfeed (burns up to 500 calories a day!!) and getting up off my tush to play with the kids outside. 
  2. I am hungry, all of the time. I'm not just craving food; my tummy actually growls on a regular basis. Could that be from breastfeeding? And, while I try to make healthy choices, there are times when even my healthy choices go overboard. 
Two small things holding me back; ain't too shabby. I do need to get in whatever exercise I can, even if it's walking laps around my back yard. 
C'est la vie. 
Time to go work on dinner! (And perhaps jog in place as I'm cooking!)
