Hey everyone. Today I am reviewing one of the much raved and talk about loose /pressed eyeshadows from Loreal. Its the Loreal Infallible Eyeshadow Cosmic Black . I got my hands on quiet a few on them recently and couldnt wait to try my hands on these babies. Cosmic Black is the first eyeshadow I wanted to try out because of the unique color. Its not a common color.

A lot has already been said and read about these eyeshadows, they are not exactly new launches. But for the sake of a complete review I shall give all the details possible.
PACKAGING: A small square jar with a twist off cap is the packaging structure for these eyeshadows. Once you open it you will see a lid/ separator. This extra lid is very important, dont discard it. Its meant to prevent fall out from the jar and keep the eyeshadow pressed.
Cosmic Black is not a black eyeshadow as you might expect, instead it is a blackened olive green eyeshadow with sparkles thrown in.
What I like the most about this particular eyeshadow is how the light catches it making it appear golden at times and then at times looks olive.
TEXTURE : Loreal Infallible Eyeshadows are pretty unique in texture, they are a mix of pigment, powder and cream . When you touch them you feel like velvet/cream. They are very soft to touch. This particular eyeshadow needs just a tad bit more work to blend, because of the glitter present. Its not too much of an issue.
PIGMENTATION: This eyeshadow is insanely pigmented. A tiny bit of eyeshadow gives you the full impact of the color.
STAYING POWER: Well I havent put it to the 24 hours claim but yes it has been on my eyes a good 10 to 11 hours. And no creasing at all, maybe a little bit of fading off but that too not major. So staying power gets full marks.

I also tried to do wearable ombre red lips. But they are not that evident in the photos. I shall try to do a better job next time.
