Taking a good long look at ourselves may make us happy or sad, depending on what we see.
Never looking at ourselves in a deep way will prevent us from improvement or from feeling satisfaction.
Look not only at what you present to the world, but also what your heart looks like. We are only as beautiful as the inner workings of our souls.
Take a long look in your looking glass and determine if the reflection you see is okay with you. If it’s not – what can you do today to improve it?
