Lesson 1243 – Sunshine Bound

Oh hey, another day in New Hampshire and another snowstorm. I KID YOU NOT!

We are supposed to get 2 – 4 inches tonight. Which is fine because come tomorrow morning I will be flying away from this:

And landing in this:

That’s right. For four days, I’ll be in the land of sunshine and bunnies, otherwise known as Washington D.C.

It’s been years since I was last there – I plan to spend a lot of time “walking the mall”, taking photos (with Lego Mama Hen of course) and, in honor of House of Cards, finding me some ribs.

Although rain is expected for Thursday – on Friday the temps are supposed to be in the mid-80’s. The mid-80’s!!!! I’m going to pack a jar and bring some of that sunshine home.

And the first person I hear complain about how hot it is will be sent to the time-out corner.
