I was asked to review LEGO Harry Potter:Years 5-7 X-Box360 Game
This of course was a great oppourtunity to allow Cameron and Casey the chance to have half an hour on the X-box360 .They both jumped at the chance. It’s a great game as it allows multi-players which means the children get to work as a team.
Lego Harry Potter game mainly focused on collecting items and exploring. Casting spells is an huge part of the gameplay, with a wide range of spells available for unlocking as the player/s progresses. As there are many spells available in the game, the player can use a spell wheel which can help choose the spell.
The children loved discovering new spells and used the word ‘awesome’ alot to describe this game.
Potion-making is also available. If they start locking the bathroom door I shall be complaining.
The children worked together making the potions this can help the player complete levels or, if entered incorrectly side effects such as turning the player into a horrid creature may occur of which they have to work together to reverse.
This is a follow on game to LEGO Harry Potter:Years 1-4 which the children are now begging me to purchase for them.
