James, who has previously talked about being one of the greats of all time, was responding to a question during the interview when asked to name his personal Mount Rushmore, the four greatest players of all time. James’ first three selections which he called the “easy three,” were Michael Jordan, Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. He deliberated before taking Oscar Robertson as his fourth choice.”
Um, am I missing something here? Bill Russell? Kareem Abdul-Jabbar? Kobe Bryant? Even Wilt “the stilt” Chamberlain may have something to say. Look, is LeDouche a dynamic talent, absolutely. Is he the best player in the game right now, yes. But does winning a few championships and making some all-star teams and MVP trophies mean you’re the best ever? Russell never lost. Abdul-Jabbar scored more points than anyone else and has 6 rings. Jordan is the best ever. All those guys he listed plus the guys I listed are better than him. The person he’s probably closest to is Bird at this point and Bird is MY MAN so it’s hard for me to say that. But LeBron, for all his accolades, still needs to do more in my opinion and it’s not because I think he’s an absolute douche bag. It’s because all those people he mentioned have done more than him sans Bird. Granted, LeDouche still has time, but what happens when D-Wade breaks all the way down which will happen soon? Will he switch teams AGAIN? I’m just all the way over his recent self loathing. It’s all a result of people talking more about Kevin Durant than LeDouche. If LeDouche isn’t the most talked about athlete in the NBA then he needs to start talking about himself. That’s Douche Bag 101 and LeDouche has nailed it every step of the way.
And don’t get me started about his refusal again to participate in the NBA All-Star Dunk Contest but his willingness to post video of him doing his own dunk contest at practice while D-Wade and the rest of his Heat teammates wet themselves. It’s all a show for LeDouche and frankly, I’ve seen enough. I hope the Pacers take the East, I hope he panics and tries to run to another franchise and another franchise player to help him win those rings he so desperately needs to be a part of this Mt. Rushmore he thinks he’ll be a part of someday.
