Learning Styles: Meyers-Briggs and Keirsey The mother-daughter team spent decades developing their ideas. It is found that ideal jobs and careers for people can be suggested based  on the results of this test.
They state that preferences can be strong or weak. They are as follows:

Extraversion (E) – (I) Introversion

Sensing (S) – (N) Intuition

Thinking (T) – (F) Feeling

Judging (J) – (P) Perception
