As a mother, you are the most capable of finding out what makes your baby happy, so believe in yourself as much as you believe in science and research or therapists and doctors!
I would like you to take the ideas presented in this book and turn them into something good that will work for you. You and your baby are individuals with unique needs and preferences. Babies are all different and motherhood affects all of us differently.
I believe that you should do what you feel is right, not what someone else did or suggested that you do!
