By Weddingblog2011

It’s easy to miss important details when you’re scrambling around at the last minute before your big day. Here are some last-minute wedding details that you can’t afford to miss!

No matter how well you plan your wedding day, there will always be some last-minute wedding details that you can’t afford to miss. Regardless of how large or small your wedding will be, it is easy to get flustered as the big day approaches, and those details that might seem petty have a way of sneaking up on you.

Here are some last-minute wedding details that you can’t afford to miss:

Gifts for your bridal attendants—It is customary to gift your bridal party before the big day. Many brides choose to gift their bridesmaids at the bridal shower or at the bachelorette party, but it’s a good idea to plan ahead no matter what.

Honeymoon must-haves—Many couples forget to update their passports and other important travel documents before their big day. This can be a big problem if you wait until the last minute. Passports and identification needs to be up-to-date and usually needs to be ordered weeks, sometimes months in advance.

Accessories—Common accessories required for ceremonies and receptions that are often forgotten include cake cutters, toasting glasses, guest books, and favors. Many of these items can be purchased on the fly, but some require more planning and will need time to be shipped to you. For example, some wedding favors should be selected right away and shipped to you as soon as possible, especially if you plan on personalizing them.

Extra cash—Both the bride and the groom should pull a decent amount of cash the day before the wedding. You will need cash on hand for those last-minute tips to your wedding vendors, such as your photographer and caterer.

Emergency beauty kit—Make sure you assemble an wedding emergency kit that will cover any unexpected beauty problems that might arise. Include tape, safety pins, an extra pair of stockings, some clear nail polish, extra makeup, tissues, and a miniature sewing kit. This is an essential last-minute wedding detail that you can’t afford to miss.
