It was Girls Night Out last night and I didn't get home in time for much TV at all.
Last day of Homeland Trivia :(
I did get home for Glee, but honestly a bit of a borefest.  I'm not a huge fan of Christmas music.  Don't get me wrong I like the OCCASIONAL tune sprinkled into my pop/rock mixture, but we tend to get way too much of it too soon these days and I just can't take it. I didn't need a very special Christmas episode with the Glee casts very special versions.  I'm having a very hard time with Kurt not wanting to be with Blaine.  Blaine shouldn't be chasing after Kurt either.  He's hot, can sing and has an amazing collection of vests and bow ties that he can share with someone special.  So Blaine, if Kurt isn't interested move on dude enough of this sad puppy dog routine. The Sue Sylvester mean/nice routine is getting old.  Pick one Sue and stick with it for a minute. Brittany and Sam getting fake/real married was  just ridiculous.  The only good part of this episode was Kurt's Dad.  Any scene or storyline he's in works for me.  Of course they keep giving him illness's so now he has Prostate cancer. OY VEY GLEE...OY VEY.

Holy BLEEP! I can't believe that Fifth Harmony beat out Emblem3 on X Factor.  They're going to the finals along with the two slam dunks, Tate and Carly Rose.  I'm completely shocked.
NEWS & INFORMATION:
*LA Reid has decided he won't be returning for a 3rd season of The X-Factor.  If I had to sit with Britney and Demi, I'd probably bag season three myself.  I'll miss LA, he's really good at the job.  LA recommended Jon Bon Jovi replace him, I doubt JBJ would do it but I'm guessing that would get the ratings up!
*New TLC Special that may or may not sound interesting to you...Best Funeral Ever.  I know...intriguing right? If you're into that sort of thing, I guess. Anyway, if you are, it will air on 12/26

*Some interesting viewing facts from the IAB:
  • 63% of video viewing on mobile phones happens INSIDE the home.  This fact is weird to me but I have so many TV's that I would probably never watch video on my device if I was home.
  • 36% of home-based digital video consumption happens in a room where a second screen is accessible.
  • 92% share video content they have watched on their phone with others.
  • 22% of video interactions on mobile phones were to access content viewers planned to watch, while 18% were done so out of boredom and 3% was because there wasn't another screen available.  I guess there aren't a lot of good sharers out there.
  • Most popular mobile video categories: music videos, movie trailers, tutorials/how to's, and comedy short

Homeland Trivia has been a lot of fun and quite popular...any suggestions for next week? Friday's Trivia Question: What is Brody's rank in he Marines? Have a great weekend! WWTM-Kristy http://watchingwaytoomuch.com [email protected] kristy.carruba@watchingwaytoomuch.com
