Kylie & Kevin | Engaged

It was the first week of school.  The sweltering Davis heat was slowly receding to make room for fall.  Two wide-eyed, 18-year old freshmen were moving into their dorm rooms, off on their own for the very first time ready to begin their college adventure.  Kylie and Kevin lived in the same dorm, on the same floor, but didn't know each other at all.
A few days into the school year, he saw her again.  Sitting alone at a table, eating quietly by herself.  He invited her over to sit with him and his new friends - or as she calls them, "the cool kids."  There was a spark, a little something special.  A little something that made him want to ask her out.  Now, four years later, Kylie & Kevin are husband and wife embarking on a new adventure together half-way across the country.
For their first date, Kevin took Kylie on a walk around the UC Davis campus.  The two explored the Davis arboretum while enjoying the evening breeze.  So, for their engagement session, we did the same thing.  Oh, to be young and in love!

Kylie said she picked UC Davis because of the beautiful trees.  If not for the trees, these two might not have met...
