Kim Jong Un Visits Ku’msusan

Kim Jong Un’s last observed appearance was his visit to the Pyongyang Terrapin Farm.  

Kim Jong Un visited the Ku’msusan Palace of the Sun on July 8 (Friday) to mark the 22nd anniversary of the death of his grandfather, DPRK founder and president Kim Il Sung (Kim Il-so’ng).

Jong Un and the WPK Vice Chairman entered the statue hall at Ku’msusan.  An honor guard representing the Korean People’s Army [KPA] Ground Forces, KPA Navy and KPA Air and Anti-Forces along with the Worker-Peasant Red Guard [WPRG] saluted the statues of KIS and Kim Jong Il (Kim Cho’ng-il) and presented a floral basket from Kim Jong Un before the statues.

Jong Un and the other visitors paid “high tribute” to the statues.  He and the WPK Vice Chairman then visited the chamber where Kim Il Sung’s preserved remains lie in state where they “paid homage to” KIS “in the humblest reverence for him.”
