Keep It Fresh with RepHresh

Posted on the 26 June 2012 by Zakialacey
Keep it fresh with RepHreshI'm going to keep it 100% real in this post because that is what I do best. I love the fact that I'm a woman and I love my vagina, but I love it even more since I have discovered RepHresh. If you have a perfect vagina that has NEVER had any type of odor than you should skip this post, but if you can be honest with yourself then you should probably keep reading.Overall I have a wonderful vagina that doesn't give me many problems (besides the obvious trouble it has got me in in the past lol.) Anyway, with that being said there have been times when I've noticed that I am not always as fresh as I would like to be, mainly right after my period is over. A few years ago my gynecologist suggested a product called RepHresh and I am so grateful that she did! Whenever my vagina decides to pay me back for the abuse I put her through in the past I use RepHresh and she is happy again in no time! I know this sounds like a joke but I am very serious and I am not getting paid for this post! I recommended  RepHresh to a friend a few years ago and she texted me the other day telling me how amazing the product is. She said that she's been trying to get her girlfriends to try it but they are too hard headed or maybe ashamed to buy it.
Our vagina's tend to have a slight odor when our vaginal pH balance is off and RepHresh does a great job of fixing the minor problem. I am not a doctor, just a woman with a happy vagina but I do suggest that you see your doctor immediately if you have a very strong odor or irregular discharge.
Here is some helpful information:The normal pH of the vagina is 4.5 or less, which is on the low, or acidic, side of the pH spectrum. This low pH helps to maintain a healthy balance of the yeast and bacteria that normally live in the vagina. If vaginal pH is raised, the normal balance of organisms can be upset, resulting in an inflammation known as vaginitis. Symptoms of a high vaginal pH causing vaginitis include irritation, unusual discharge or odor. A physician can test for vaginal pH using a pH test strip, or you can use a home vaginal pH test. Following certain hygiene and sexual practice guidelines can help to maintain a healthy vaginal pH.-livestrong.com

Thank me later! :)Keep it fresh with RepHresh
