Katara – Qatar Cultural Village

By Sonyaandtravis @sonyaandtravis

Katara is Qatar’s recently constructed Cultural Village, situated to the north of Doha. It sprawls around a large beach, and includes many boutique societies, including Qatar Fine Arts Society, Qatar Photographic Society, Doha Film Institute and in addition a number of restaurants.

Katara has some beautiful buildings, including a mosque, bird houses, amphitheater and many small stores and walkways.

Below are some of our photos from our many visits to Katara.
