Guests at K Spa in West London can cool-off in luxury in the ‘Snow Paradise’, a cooling oasis filled with the finest natural snow powder. Set to a temperature of -15ºC, guests can either relax in a soft snow-drift, or scoop snow onto the body to cool-off and improve circulation, which does wonders for cellulite.
This unique Finnish experience usually provides a novel approach to cooling off after a sauna, but for now, is a great way of cooling down from the streets of London.

For full health benefits, K Spa’s guests are advised to experience a hot-cold therapy by alternating between steamy and icy environments. The sudden and invigorating change in temperature stimulates the body’s circulation, which is beneficial for the immune and respiratory system. The snow is made exclusively of air and water and contains no chemical additives.
In addition to the innovative Snow Paradise, K West’s award-winning K Spa features a hydrotherapy pool, sanarium, sauna, sun meadow, dry flotation tank, experience showers, foot baths, aromatic herbal steam room, as well as six beautifully designed treatments rooms.
