Just A Quick NOTD

I attempted the ombre nail look and really did not like the colors I chose.  I am in more of a blue mood than pink, so this is what I came up with.

Steps
I started with two coats of I Want to Be a Lone Star on all of my nails.  I applied a strip of Smooth Sailing to the sponge; this takes a bit of polish.  I dabbed Smooth Sailing all over my nails, with the exception of the middle finger.  I did add some nail art pieces that looked like sea glass, but I was not a fan of how it looked, so I took it off.  Finally, I added a a top coat.  To clean up my nails, I dipped an old, clean concealer brush into nail polish remover and went around my nails.  I found this to be more precise than a Q-tip.
