Julep Maven May Box

By Thedivadoll @marlenefrierson
I absolutely LOVE this box. I am going on record on saying that this has got to be the best box I have gotten thus far. The original subscription box ( It Girl), came with 3 polishes, but I had Jules to spend so I got an extra one. Which is the last one posted. Best decision.. EVER!!

Coco with out a top coat

Coco is a rich chocolaty "Oxblood" goodness of a polish. I have always been into rich deep polish colors and this one here definitely hits the deep dark richness spot of my heart.

Clara topped with Paris

Clara is one of those colors that you go to if you want some nude but with a hint of color. This opaque peachy color is just that right shade of WOW. I love how it blends so well with my complexion.  I know that's strange, but I've always been a fan of polishes that match my complexion  Especially in the summer time. I tend to get pretty dark in the summer and this is definitely one of those colors I will rock at the beach or poolside.  As you can see in the above pic, I decided to top Clara off with Paris.  "Sigh", what could I possibly say about Paris. I mean who doesn't love Paris, and then having this Paris polish be such a sparkly glittery stable, it's no wonder why they named it after the beautiful city.

Millie

Millie is a a color I added using my Jules. This was one of the best usage of Jules thus far. I absolutely am in LOVE with this shade. At first site, it looks like it would be like a bluish type color. But when you put it on, it's like a hint of blue with a bit of a lilac & Purple feel to it. Just simply divine.
I really hope you enjoyed my swatches and love for this box as much as you do. If are a
Julep Maven? If so, share your boxes with me on Instagram. Tag your pics with #ABBOE so I can see them!
XOXO
