Botley - Thames Path - Godstow Lock - Wytham - Botley
eight miles round trip
one hour twenty minutes
that's still one mile every ten minutes.
The important thing is this was MUCH FASTER than myself (an ex-asthmatic) and my wife (an ex-smoker) who joined me on the jog thought we'd done.
