The much awaited Diwali has come and gone with King Khan Shahrukh Khan returning to his roots with Jab Tak Hai Jaan. The film has won tremendous appreciation from the critics with many praising the act by Shahrukh Khan as one of his career best.
Coming to the box office the film has taken very good opening and considering its day 1 was festive day of Diwali and it had to clash with Son of Sardar. Jab Tak Hai Jaan is expected to have raked in 15.23 Cr on Day 1 which is very good says the trade. The film is expected to show a big pick up today according to the trade.
