It's Not Goodbye, Just See Ya Later!!

If you follow me on twitter then you may have seen me mention (once or twice!) that I’m off to the Monaco Grand Prix tomorrow! I am beyond excited! I love the Grand Prix and I can’t wait to see it live and it’s been a long time dream of mine to go to Monaco.
In my mind Monaco will always mean Princess Grace (Kelly) and the opening chapters of Daphne Du Maurier’s Rebecca. If you haven’t read the book or seen the film you MUST!
Packing for a trip is always difficult but I'm finding packing for Monaco exceptionally difficult! Firstly, it’s a “sunny holiday” but not a “beach holiday”. It’s a glamorous event yet we’re sitting in the grandstands at Casino Square, not in the McLaren pit box with Nicole Scherzinger! Add in a significant chance of thunderstorms and I’m well and truly stumped!
I’ve decided my Monaco staples are basically going to be light, summer dresses for the heat with my Michael by Michael Kors parka for any thunderstorms! Very 90’s Kate Moss I think! Since I’m packing light I’m just going to transition from day to night by changing my shoes, slapping on a bit more make-up and adding some jewellery, rather than changing my whole outfit.
So I’ll be M.I.A for a few days but please keep stopping by and commenting and I’ll reply to all your lovely comments when I get home. And of course I’ll posting photos of what I got up to in Monaco!
