It's Cinco De Mayo!

It's Cinco De Mayo!Guacamole, salsa and tequila ~ if there was ever a night to enjoy these, tonight's the night!
Here's what I recommend, The Trendy Vegan style...
Grab some Patron Silver or Gold.  Get some fresh limes, some pineapple juice and some low ball glasses filled half way with ice.  Pour the tequila about halfway up the glass, add a splash of pineapple, juice of half a lime, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!  It's called The Tipsy Vegan margarita and it's perfect for tonight along with your favorite chips and salsa. 
For the best guacamole around, take 2 ripe avocados and mash them in a mortal and pestle or with a fork.  Add the juice of one lime and kosher salt to taste.  Mix well.  You can also add a TBSP of fresh parsley or cilantro if you like.
Call your friends and invite them over ~ serve with chips and salsa and let the party begin!
