Is saturated fat still deadly? Have the last decade of meta-analyses refuting this old idea been a dream? Did not another meta-analysis of all high-quality studies just recently find zero evidence that saturated fat is anything but healthy?
Despite all this, the American Heart Association published new updated advice a few days ago, claiming that really, nothing has changed. We should still somehow fear natural fats:
