World Running Academy is proud to announce the second edition of the incredible Iranian Silk Road Ultramarathon, ISRU, 2017.
ISRU will take place from the September 17 to September 23 within the LUT Iranian Desert, Kerman Area. The self-supported event has a long and a short format - 250 and 150 km, both with 6 stages.
After the successful inaugural edition we are set for another unforgettable experience.
If you really want to exceed your limits, do challenge the hottest and fascinating Desert in the world.
Each stage is a unique adventure in a different landscape, running through the land of one of the most hospitable people that will be part of your stunning environment.
The first edition in 2016 was won by Mohamad Ahansal (MOR) and the womens winner was Jenny Davis (GBR)
