Introducing the New Ryder.com – and a Lot Has Changed

Introducing the New Ryder.com – and a Lot Has ChangedOn August 1st, Ryder launched its redesigned website offering a sleeker look and more user-friendly interface. Featuring a reorganized layout, updated content, new branding, and a more user-friendly navigation, those who visit the website will be able to easily find information on the industries Ryder serves, solutions offered, careers, and customer portals to name a few.

Along with the layout, one of the most recognizable improvements will be noticed by those who access the website through a mobile device or tablet. Mobile traffic to Ryder.com has doubled over the past two years, and accounts for nearly half of the visits to the website. To accommodate these visitors, the new Ryder.com was designed to be more responsive and mobile friendly, providing the best experience to users on any device.

Supply chain and transportation industry professionals will enjoy a new "Problem Solver" feature that is located right on the homepage. This allows visitors to identify business challenges they may be facing, and pinpoints which Ryder solution can help them address the issue. Along with information on the solutions offered, visitors will be able to see real-world examples of how companies partnered with Ryder to overcome these challenges and the results that were achieved.

Additional highlights include:

  • An Expertise tab where Ryder's case studies, white papers, videos, brochures, and industry insights can be viewed and downloaded
  • A Careers section where you can learn about the Ryder culture, meet drivers and technicians, read about our programs for military veterans, and of course, apply to join our team
  • A Customer portal that has all customer tools in one place, including roadside assistance, invoice management, and reporting tools for increased visibility

I'd like to invite you to check out the new Ryder.com and see the improvements.
