I’ve been using Instagram wrong this whole time. I’ve been seeing what my friends are up to, which is cool, but I recently discovered a slew of über talented jewelery folks to follow. It’s pretty amazing to see what they can make! I thought it’d be cool to share some of the people who have been inspiring me.
I’m not really sure how I found Jean-Noel Soni (@topnotchfaceting), but I’m sure glad I did. He takes raw stones and shapes them to beautiful gems.

Through @topnotchfaceting, I found Seth and Charis of @MotherOfGideon. I’m amazed at their collection – that someone made all these pieces by hand! And it’s cool to see how they use the stones made by @topnotchfaceting. It’s great teamwork. Read more about Mother of Gideon on their site.
