Dubai-based an Indian businessman Balwinder Sahni has paid around $9 million (Rs 60 crore) at an auction to grab a single-digit car registration plate in Dubai, feeding a passion for "unique" number plates. During an auction of the 'D5' registration plate number, Balwinder bid for the 33 million Dirhams (Rs 60 Crore). He also buy another number plate for 10 million Dirhams or Rs. 18 Crore.
