Imran Khan Demanded President Zardari’s Resignation

Imran KhanImran Khan, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman has demanded the immediate resignation from President Asif Ali Zardari.

While speaking to media on Tuesday, the PTI chairman held President Zardari responsible for the worsening situation of the country saying free and transparent elections could not be held under him.

Imran Khan also announced his seven demands that includes, immediate announcement of the election date, announcement of neutral caretaker government, on-time elections,   removal of Zardari from presidency, neutral Election Commission, immediate action over the order of Supreme Court in Rental Power case, immediate arrestment of the culprits of Quetta incident.

The reports have been ragging over media that Imran Khan facing intense pressure from his party workers to announce PTI’s participation in Tahir-ul-Qadri-led long march in Islamabad but Khan said the party workers should be patient and wait for his call following a party meeting on Wednesday (tomorrow).

PTI chairman further said that his party believes in change through ballot box.
