Packaging:It comes in a cardboard box with the required instructions like Ingredients, about the soap and method of use.The soap is wrapped and sealed in a clean film to maintain the purity of the product. Carrying a soap around can be a problem as compared to a face wash hence I prefer using it during bath time that way it is more convenient.
The soap is light green in color and a square shaped bar. It is semi opaque and looks like a gel bar when it hits the light. It smells lovely but medicinal as well due to the presence of basil. I have been lately facing acne issues - sadly yes one reason could be dandruff problem they do cause breakouts on the face. Also my skin has become more oily than ever due to monsoons. Hence I have been trying out different face products to combat the same. The soap promises to reduce the occurence of pimples by controlling the oiliness of the skin. 
I use it on my face and neck twice a day. It lathers well. Post washing my skin feels refreshed also the oil is washed out by the soap.It did not make my skin dry but it is always advisable to moisturize the skin by using a non greasy moisturizer or aloe vera gel which I like personally. Apart from using products like these one also needs to drink water, avoid greasy food and check for hormonal problems as acne is also related to the same.
