I Finally Feel Like a Human Being Again!

By Heather Murphy @MrsMurphysLOF

Oh my geeze.

It has been a crazy and painful past week. I know last week I talked about how I was back with you guys and I had so much planned, And then the kidney stone happened.. I, my friends, do not get your average kidney stone, which is painful enough.. No, mine are big daddy stones, meaning I have to get surgery to get them removed. Luckily, this one is small enough that it should pass on it’s own, but hasn’t yet, so we will see. I am feeling fine now, but the past five days it was in a very uncomfortable spot and was causing severe pain. Joseph and I have had a cold on top of that.. So yea, it’s been pretty crazy in these parts.

Today is the first day I have felt like a normal human being and it’s amazing. I want to sing at the top of my lungs! I want to frolic in the flowers! Mostly I want to get back to work and exercise. It’s been a week since I have been able to drive, much less do a burpee, but I created a few workouts that I will be doing the next few days to ease back into it. I plan on sharing them tomorrow.

Mostly today I just wanted to update you guys and let you know that I am alive and well- for the most part!

Talk to you soon!

Have any of you ever been plagued with the dreaded kidney stones?

Anyone else nursing a cold?
