“I Feel So Good!!”

Adria used to crave sugar all the time. She struggled with her weight and trying to keep up with her five young kids. She mostly felt exhausted and miserable.

Here's how she got the energy back and lost 58 pounds (26 kg) in just four months:

Hi Dr. Eenfeldt,

I am only four months into my LCHF journey, but I wanted to submit my before and during photos now anyway. The success stories on your website have been such an inspiration for me, and hopefully my story will inspire others!

I now eat a ketogenic diet full of delicious real food, in conjunction with intermittent fasting, and I have lots of energy now and I feel so good!!

A family member told me about your website, so it was the first place I went to for help when I was ready to get healthy. I am a 37-year old mom of five young kids, and I wasn't able to keep up with them before. I used to eat a very high-carb diet and I was craving sugar all the time, and was just exhausted and pretty miserable for the most part. I now eat a ketogenic diet full of delicious real food, in conjunction with intermittent fasting, and I have lots of energy now and I feel so good!!

My biggest challenge at first with this new way of eating, was trying to eat only when I was truly hungry, as I was used to eating all day, every day. This has become so much easier and I often fast for 16-24 hours at a time now before feeling hungry, because LCHF is so satisfying!

I have lost 58 pounds (26 kg) and have gone from a tight size 24W jeans to a comfortable size 18, in only four months. I want to lose quite a bit more weight, and I am confident that LCHF and intermittent fasting will help me to keep improving my health and my life. My wonderful husband is also losing weight with LCHF, and we are feeding our children a much more healthy diet now as well.
