Hyperloop One- Delhi to Mumbai at Just Rs 600 in 80 Minutes

I am writing about this auto technology since I am too astonished & eagerly waiting to experience hyperloop one in near future. Please read below all about hyperloop I tried picking up all crucial points.

Hyperloop One, the global leader in developing the world’s first operational Hyperloop, convened a landmark innovation summit – The Hyperloop One Vision For India in New Delhi today. The summit, which was graced by Shri Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister of Railways and Shri Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog, discussed how Hyperloop One can integrate with and augment India’s vast transport network with reliable, clean, and on-demand autonomous transport, connecting India’s major cities at faster-than-airline speeds. Hyperloop can reinvent and transform transportation in India, making the nation a global leader in innovation, efficiency, and regional economic growth.

Hyperloop one is the current topic in world media. So, hyperloop one is a Los Angels based company founded in 2014 led by CEO Rob Lloyd and co-founded by Executive Chairman Shervin Pishevar and President of Engineering Josh Giegel who are trying a new speed transport technology.
Hyperloop one has announced there model structure for Indian transport since India is a challenging target in regards of population & area.

The Hyperloop One Vision For India summit also showcased five Hyperloop One Global Challenge (HOGC) semi-finalist teams from India, each of which proposed high-speed transportation routes that could improve the lives of millions of Indian citizens. The HOGC required the teams to develop regional proposals integrating Hyperloop

We met kaushik & Rohit from SRM university, Chennai who are one of the team members from India. Each team is group of 25 technical experts working together to work with the current technology with their model structure.

The CEO of the Company Mr Rob Loyd explained a bit about the whole technology behind HOGC. It would be running at the airplane speed without touching the surface.

“We use a custom electric motor to accelerate and decelerate a levitated pod through a low-pressure tube. The vehicle will glide silently for miles with no turbulence.“

Mr Devinder sandhu,Executive Director, KPMG India shared some information about the hyperloop one project in India. He told us about the trials happening in Nevada, California in coming march’2017. Once the trial will be successful, within 2-3 years India should start the processing for hyperloop in India hopefully.

Since India is a wide entity for such projects, it will be taking more than the estimated period of time.

Time Efficient:
Hyperloop one will fastest transport medium till date. There has been capsule trains in Japan but hyperloop is going to takeover Japanese technology soon. Hyperloop will run at unbelievable speed of 1000km/hour which is equivalent to running with air. Hyperloop will consume lesser time than flights. Domestic transport problems will get one new era of comfort.

Economic:

hyperloop one will be 5th medium of transport in a populated country like India. We don’t need to get panic about the cost of traveling since it would be cheapest medium among all existing transport medium including train, bus, plane & Cars. An estimated fare from Delhi to Mumbai would be around INR600 which is cheapest in existing transports in India. Any common man would be able to commute via hyperloop in India.
