Highland Park football closed with a 20-0 second half to take down Niles North and move to 8-0. The win set up a conference championship game against Glenbrook North next Friday night. Last year, the Spartans beat the Giants 21-17 and won the CSL North Title after their defense stopped HP’s Kelshawn Shields one yard short of the end zone on a fourth-and-goal attempt with ten seconds last.
