HP Sports Brief: Giants Dominate Deerfield in 12-0 Slaughter-rule Win

In their second game against Deerfield this season, HP baseball crushed the Warriors, 12-0, to complete a season sweep of their rival. Missouri-bound pitcher Liam Carter threw a complete-game, 2-hit shutout and David Hochstadt, Taylor Smetana, and Oren Spungen all sparked the Giants with home runs. The slaughter rule was used to end the game after 5 innings.Feel free to send any feedback using the “Contact Me” page on the lefthand column.
